One of Cleveland's newest comedy troupes will lay into Britney Spears' parenting skills during tonight's performance of Torque . . . Full Throttle Improv. The off-the-cuff skewering will go down during the eight-member cast's game of "Challenge," in which they split into two teams to debate the singer's child-rearing techniques. The group's leaders liken the game to "playtime onstage." "If someone's talking about how terrible she is as a mother, somebody may call, 'Challenge!' and say she's only that way because her clothes are too tight or it's because of her boozing," says Torque founder Don Mitri. "I think if you're in favor of her as a mother, you must be drinking." Belch. The spearing starts at 9 tonight at the Powerhouse Pub, 2000 Sycamore Avenue on the West Bank of the Flats. Tickets are $5. Call 216-479-3353.
