2K Sports released the first screenshot from NBA 2K10, and it's got Shaq, in all his new Cavs glory, in the foreground while LeBron does the ceremonial chalk toss in the background.
His plush pad on Star Island had been up for sale since 2005. A couple of weeks ago, he received just $16 million for the mansion (half the original asking price in 2005 of $32 million). I think he's doing just fine these days and will be able to nab himself some nice digs when he comes to Cleveland to shop for homes in a couple of weeks.
He should recommend his realtor to Bernie.

But it's sarcastic and hilarious anyway.

Bernie Kosar is having some money issues. He's declaring bankruptcy and that means he's most likely going to have to sell a lot of stuff and downsize his lifestyle to pay off his creditors. In that vein, his monstrous mansion in Weston, Florida (which he hasn't paid property taxes on in a couple of years) is now up for sale and Luxist has pics of what you'll get if you have a spare $3.5 million lying around.
The description isn't nearly as fun as the photos, but here it is anyway:
Kosar's home in Weston is a 9,900 square-foot mansion on the lake which has a large backyard area with a summer kitchen, pool, spa and cabanas. It is located in the same community, Windmill Ranch Estates, that Marino lives in and the home has a similar Florida Mediterranean style. This ample residence includes an office/library, a kitchen and a separate butler's kitchen and seven bedrooms.

Devin Brown ('08); Derrick Chievous ('90, '91); Luke Jackson ('05, '06); Kannard Johnson ('88); Jumaine Jones ('02. '03); Donny Marshal ('96, '97); Ben McDonald ('86); Mike Sanders ('92; '93); Paul Thompson ('84, '85); Bob Wilkerson ('82, '83); Bill Willoughby ('80).
Just looking out for you, the consumer, should Shaq not pan out and you need to pull the tape job over his name and rock the tribute for a past Cavalier to don the number. Not many good options there, but personally, I'd go with Derrick Chievous. Of course, Devin Brown might be the better option since his tenure with the team was actually during the current uniform style, but whatever, Derrick Chievous doesn't get a lot of love and he deserves it.
