New Cleveland Pitch to LeBron: We Have Better Polka

According to this fan, polka is the biggest thing in the tri-state area. Who knew? I know the National Cleveland Style Polka Hall of Fame calls Cleveland home, as well as one helluva accordion museum, but biggest thing in three states?
