Happened to read the comment above about "walkin' into the kitchens at both the Chagrin and Solon locations"
Just how does one go into the kitchens of a - not one no less, but TWO restaurants???

While I have no experience eating at any of the Burntwood restaurants and can't speak to their level of cleanliness, or anything for that matter, however you sound like a disgruntled former employee or a competitor to me...
Walked into the kitchen at the Chagrin and Solon locations and they are GROSS! Dust and dirt everywhere, floors that felt like they have not been cleaned in months and chemicals close to where food is served and platted. YIKES - stay away from this place!
The GM - Ian is RUDE and not helpful when our party had an issue. Would NEVER got back to this place!
