If I could rate zero stars I would. Never hold an event here ever! We had 2-3 coordinators quit during our wedding process. Our wedding tastings was supposedly scheduled and after my out of town in laws came in, it was never in the books. The AC was almost not working the day of our wedding as I broke down a month and then 2 days before our day. We were supposed to have chicken, steak, and pasta and they forgot to cook our entire chicken entree. And lastly and most importantly we WERE ROBBED on our wedding day. That's right, 200-300 dollars cash was stolen from a supposed secure room from our wedding parties purses. They were minimally sorry and did the bare minimum in terms of any correction of what happened. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to use this venue and would caution anyone looking here to steal clear.
This is a fantastic venue and it also has great food. Every night of the week, you can see live music here - even on Mondays. They feature the best musicians in town and even some out-of-town acts. There are weekly events - you can always count on big band & jazz on Monday nights, for example - but on the weekends, you never really know what's going to be playing month to month. Check out their schedule, it's got something for everyone. It's always a good time!
I will never return there! We had "VIP" wristbands, which pretty much just meant not paying a cover charge, because we waited a little over an hour for service at two different bars (we had a group), there was no VIP section available/open, and the pool area was closed off to everyone. There was only one bartender that we saw that knew what she was doing and was able to keep up with the crowd. One bar ran out of multiple liquors, while another bar had supply, so neither was communicating. The "barbacks" or whatever they call them there, seemed to only serve the purpose of dancing behind the bar and staring at the bartenders work, which they could have at least wiped down the fully SOAKED bar instead of standing there. The DJ would play great songs to dance to, but only the first ten to fifteen seconds of each, just enough to get you excited, but not enough to enjoy a dance to it. As far as wanting a vegas feel, I had no sense of that nightlife. The lights were bright and there were no neon lights or lasers or any of that vegas nightclub jazz. I feel this bar opened WAY to soon, because no one there was ready for the crowd that came to see the "vegas style" nightclub, which was a joke! They need more bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks(who work), as well as some communication with the other bars and managers. I wish my group and I had a better experience, but needless to say, we won't be back.

Apparently Antonino moved back to Siciily and sold the business to a man who bought it for his son who apparently has worked in a bunch of resort restaurants (think ski resort etc). This place hands down used to have the best veal bolognese in the entire city and everything on this menu was consistent. Part of the charm of this dimly lit romantic hideaway from all things Mayfield Road was its obvious decor (yes there was actually a dolce and gabbana ad in the bathroom and the entranceway was adorned by ye olde Gustav Klimpt's The Kiss).
I took my family there a few days ago and it was honestly the worst dinner I've had in Cleveland or anywhere for that matter. I'm an avid cook of italian, french, and japanese cuisine and while i'm by no means a savant, I do truly consider myself a student of the culinary world and I like to think I do my best to give a good honest assessment.
The first course was a horrid "calamari special". Calamari special amounted to few lightly breaded tasteless squid pieces standing with their mouths agape next to a hilarious attempt at food art (someone was trying to be cute with what I assume was supposed to be an "aoli wave" that the calamari bits were surfing atop. This was not aoili, it tasted like sysco brand mayonaisse sprinkled with a few parsely sprigs (READ: the rot blackened root end of a carrot borne out of the unsold produce catacombs that lie beneath the sewer system of the West Side Market). It was simply put, disgusting.
My companion ordered Costate Di Agnello Al Rosmarino which is supposed to be lamb chops sauteed in olive oil white wine, lemon & rosemary. The lamb chops were served completely overcooked (well done and dry to the bone) with the same garbage "aoli" spread over the top. No olive oil, no white wine, no lemon, no rosemary (they used the same parsely sprigs). My other companion ordered the same dish and the plate was served with ZERO sauce, ZERO seasoning, no Sysco Brand Mayo. They basically took it out of the pan and slapped it on a plate. When we told the waiter he actually tried to make up an excuse instead of immediately grabbing the plate and apologizing.
When the manager asked me how dinner was I told him that this was our favorite restaurant for many years and everything was awful. He never offered to take anything off the bill. He smugly told me that they were going to be reopening soon. Hopefully this place closes soon as the family that bought it has ruined a special place for myself and countless others who knew better than to eat on Mayfield road or waste their money over at Washington Place. Do not eat here. Go to La Campagna in Westlake or Osteria di Valerio on St. Clair downtown cleveland (get the osso bucco). Shame on these people for disgracing the good name of Il Bacio.

This year's 14th Cedar Fairmount Summer Festival is on August 9th from noon to 5 pm.
Alan Dutka will be giving a lecture on the scandals surrounding Cleveland's Millionaire Row at the Alcazar at 1 pm. The American Cross Blood Mobile will be on site. Free Cedar Point Tickets to those who donate blood.

This place is great, super clean, great selection of hard to find wines and beers.
The beer is always fresh and the staff know what they are talking about. They did a private event in the neighborhood and it was great.
Great people make sure you check it out, also wine tastings every weekend and they always have something cool and different to showcase.

I like how they remodeled the place! Beautiful! They have a new chef, everything is fresh, really good food. I saw some really good bands there, and they even have a magician who comes and does tricks at your table on the weekends. Something a little different. I thought it was cool.

Luxe is an amazing restaurant. The environment, food and staff are extremely inviting. Their menu changes often for both food and cocktails. A true staple in the Gordon Square neighborhood.
I don't think they are still in business. Like for the last 10 years or so.
This beautiful green space feels so good. and peaceful, clean , fresh vegetable are a plus.
Mushroom, leaks, and coriander pizza is so good! This is a great place, plus it's just about the only quality place open so late!
I love this restaurant! It's the only Italian restaurant that we go to since the first time we went there in 2014 and we live in Brook Park. Awesome food! Have never been disappointed. Its family owned and ran--The BEST!
The best for late night munchies. Gyros and corn beef done right.

The grocery, deli, and bakery are fine. I mostly go there for lunch, which is pretty good tasting and great for the price. Especially watch for their specialty pizza of the day, which is usually super tasty and still pretty cheap by the slice.
