People with plates that you can't read always get ticketed, unless they are a city of Cleveland vehicle. No city of Cleveland plate exists that is less than 50 million years old, so you can't read any of them!

I know a lot of people want to take the clinic's message and say shove it, but there are a lot worse places out there. All things considered, the Clinic isn't so bad.
