There's a few dates wrong here, after the 2nd mistake I stopped reading and am not sure this is something anyone should rely on.
Per the porchfest site you link to it's Jun 20, 2015, not the 21st as your story states. And the Soap Box Derby says "Thursday July 20, 2015" . . . July 20, 2015 is a Monday. . . #lazy
Hocking Hills is something every Ohioan needs to have on their bucket list! It really is the most magical natural place I've ever seen in the whole state. It definitely deserves a weekend trip just so one can know the best of what Ohio has to offer!!!
How can you have barrio on here and talk about tacos but not talk about Johnny Mango's $1 Taco Tuesday and delicious happy hour pitchers of fresh margaritas?
Good Lord! Cheap ass neat stuff!!!!
There are a number of road race companies -- DMC Timing and HMA Promotions are area veterans -- that deliver quality events throughout the summer. Though road warriors should look to the turf in August through the Santarelli Memorial 5K Cross Country Race (Lorain County Community College) and the NERC Cross Country Series.
Jeeze...C'bus haters out today!!!
Aerohio is phenomenal!! I've jumped AFF 3 times there about 7 years ago and loved my experiences!!!
The best disc golf course is at Punderson. It's a bit of a drive out east, but they have 3 different tees for beginners to experienced, it's entirely wooded, and the crew that builds and maintains it are extremely passionate. It's also dog friendly, unlike Euclid's Sims park. Definitely worth the trip if you're into the sport!
A great patio at LUCA ITALIAN CUISINE,open in summer and heated in winter! Great view of downtown Cleveland from the Superior Via Duct!!!!Great Food, and Great Chef's!!!!

Burntwood Tavern in Cuyahoga falls. Patio is right over the rushing river. Beautiful!
Porchfest has gotten huge in just five short years...many more listeners and spread out over a bigger area. Get a map, either online or at the HQ on Larchmere and E. 127th, when you arrive.
Plan your schedule...there are a lot of musicians on a lot of streets. Get there early. Plan to walk a lot. Take food. Bring water and snacks. You will need them.
A hot tip: Ride a bicycle and strap a chair to your back. I'm serious! You'll get around much easier and faster...and hear a LOT of good music.
Be warned...a lot of people have had the same idea. Expect to see a LOT of folks on their bikes. But it's all worthwhile...Porchfest is a good thing.
Chuckles the Clown
