My mom was on this jury, I remember little things about this case, I was around 10. One main memory was that my brother and I were not allowed out of our families sight around this time. Adult family members were afraid something would happen to us due to our mother bring on the jury
The exit lane from the location she was turning out of was blocked by construction. She would not have been able to make a left turn so close to the divider that protects the bridge. She probably wouldn't have been able to trigger the light to change since she had to use the entry side side of the driveway. While making this sort of maneuver has risks it's justified under the circumstances. Large trucks do this sort of thing every day all over every city in this country.
Hey Albert D Melfo,do you really think "Scene Magazine" actually cares about your nit-picky correction?
The Deloitte guys comments " it's private so we can go what we want" are hilarious, sound like a common hood instead of a supposed professional. I got news for him - they can't. What a clown.
Ironically, this underpass was constructed in the Thirties because so many motorists and pedestrians were being killed by TRAINS at the W. 143rd-Lorain grade crossing that used to be there.
This idiot could have killed a carload of folks in a westbound vehicle while driving UNDER the tracks...in a BUS.
Smells like weed to me. Will they even bother to piss test the driver? Probably not.
And for the record, this also ran on tonight's 7 PM Nooze on Channel 3. There's nothing funny about this...and it would be even less funny if a whole family had been wiped out. Who did she buy her job from?
The RTA trains are on rails...no problems there. Buses? A diffrerent ballgame. You can get clocked or knifed or involved in a wreck. Or get in a fight with the operator.
RTA...Risky Transportation Always. I like the trains. I avoid the buses. This is why.
Chuckles the Clown
You need to scope out Troubadour in Fairview Park too. For all of the above reasons of the above commenter as well. Roasted every weekin house and fresh ground and hand poured for every cup?
Rizzo is such a hypocrite. He blasts Ray Rice on the radio for domestic violence and approved of his suspension, yet Rizzo beat his wife in a coke and alcohol rage but did not get a fine or suspension from his job.

her poor driving skills endanger here passengers and other drivers and should not be permitted . here is proof to be taken to her superiors and the police! if i saw a driver of any vechile driving like this I would have called the cops right then unless she coiuld show a medical reason for her driving like that and then she should be taken to the hospital and not allowed to drive untill cleared of whartever caused the problem.
the fact that when it was pointed out how dangerously she was driving she acted like it was nothing to be concerned about was the only thing that makes me wonder if something is actually wrong with her that could use a doctors help.
cause f know if i noticed my bus driver on th wrong side of the road or pulling over on an angle I would be telling her to pull over, let me off and dont try to drive away as i was calling for help.
Check out Kávé Coffee Bar in Barberton. Not just wonderful coffee, but the atmosphere is amazing. It's housed inside Nine Muses Art Gallery. Such a beautiful new spot in the emerging Arts & Entertainment District, 584 W Tuscarawas.
The location is NOT unclear. She was pulling out of West Park Station. The stop she pulls up to is at W 143rd & Lorain, as clearly marked by signage at apx 0:32 of the video. The stop is marked 22, 83. This was a 22 bus, one of the long accordion fold ones.
Maybe she just made a mistake & thought it was a two-lane road. And how would you propose she get into her proper lane in a double bus without blocking any traffic at some point? Why does everyone w/a smartphone think they need to go around taping everything like a bunch or self-righteous Jacks**s?!
Sounds absolutely amazing...can't wait to get some!
Glad someone is being charged with this, and I hope justice is served.
Few things in life are as exciting as root vegetables.
I'm slowly losing my bitterness from the last 4 years as time goes on. Still not ready to call us on good terms yet though, a little more time is required.
That's the 22 coming out of the West Park rapid station.
Pick a date, Paul. Your guess is as good as anyone else's and probably depends a lot on what area you're in.
This is really something I'd like to look a lot more into. Thanks for including the links to further reading, Sam.
