I made this using 4 T butter and adding the cheddar along with the ricotta. It was good but needed some salt and pepper added with the flour. A healthy dose of Sriracha didn't hurt either.
Sawyer invented pizza with eggs and bacon and "frites with gravy?" LOL. Have you ever heard of poutine? It is ubiquitous in Canada.

I didn't know that Seoul Hot Pot closed. How depressing. When I lived/worked/went to school in Cleveland, I'd go there pretty often. Since I've been in Akron the last few years, I haven't been there. Now I never get to say goodbye :-/.

I can't speak for Doug, but the Heights neighborhoods on the east side are severely lacking a good donut shop. Or even a bad one. Entrepreneurs can you hear me!?
The Cleveland market is oversaturated with restaurants by those same individuals named above. There are not enough small, innovative, talented, experienced individuals/ventures.
