Needs me a bowl of Pho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How could you not mention Tay Do in Parma? It's a customer favorite with 4 and 5 star reviews on yelp! The food is DELICIOUS!
Pholicious in Southpark Mall is awesome!!
Bac is delicious. And i live in Tremont and have eaten everywhere around. I haven't been to bac in almost two months and do not know about these new menu additions. I can tell you I was there all summer with family or friends once or twice a week for small plates and the most refreshing summer cocktail I ever had, their cucumber and vodka drink. So crisp, refreshing, and with the tiniest bit of sweetness. That made all the great small plates taste even better. Who wants a layer of sugar on their tongue while eating? Lol. My favorite is their pork Rangoon, to die for. Everything I ever had there is delightful though. Well, I guess im off to get that Rangoon and a ban mi now. I guess ill have to try something new as well. Im sure it will be tasty. Enjoy!
The Sous Chef is a friend of mine and he is stupid passionate so it stands to no reason they're FINALLY garnering accolades!!!!!
Try The Rib Cage for BBQ on Lee in Cleveland Heights. It won't disappoint :)

Cleveland's restaurants & Chefs ROCK!
Cheers Cleveland! I LOVE YOU!
I made this using 4 T butter and adding the cheddar along with the ricotta. It was good but needed some salt and pepper added with the flour. A healthy dose of Sriracha didn't hurt either.
Sawyer invented pizza with eggs and bacon and "frites with gravy?" LOL. Have you ever heard of poutine? It is ubiquitous in Canada.
First comment is correct-- I read the recipe several times and you never indicate where the cheddar goes in. please try again. Thanks
Farms like that Urban Farm in Old Brooklyn?
It's so fun to watch evolve!
I didn't know that Seoul Hot Pot closed. How depressing. When I lived/worked/went to school in Cleveland, I'd go there pretty often. Since I've been in Akron the last few years, I haven't been there. Now I never get to say goodbye :-/.
All I want to say is Gary Lucaralli is an Awesome Cleveland dude.
How much butter? Not noted.
