The one thing I've missed most since moving to Cleveland from DC is Peruvian chicken. This place sounds almost exactly like those ubiquitous shops in the District and Virginia. Can't wait to give it a shot.

I eat here all the time. Its by far the best restaurant to eat at in Cleveland. The staff works hard and fast and the food is out of this world. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good time and great eats!!!

Chef Johnny's food measures right up there with the most popular chefs in New Orleans. It is uniquely New Orleans, and at the same time uniquely his own. Sitting in the BSBR you'd swear you were in New Orleans by the food alone. Zydeco Bistro sells out everywhere it goes. I'd move to New Orleans if I could, but since 2000 I don't have to because we have Johnny's faithful creations.
