Re: “Puente Viejo Takes the Tried and True Mexican Menu Up a Level in Playhouse Square

We found this place about a month ago and we LOVE it! We will be going back again and again before our showtime at Playhouse Square! The complimentary chips and salsa are the best - perfectly salted, perfectly warm, perfectly thin tortilla chips with the best salsa...I can't even tell you. And if you want more choices, order the guacamole or go to the taco bar and try some of their other salsa options. Tuesday night is "Taco Tuesday" and you can get tacos a la carte for $2 a piece (or $2.50 for fish or shrimp). No necessarily required, but reservations accepted. When you don't want to chance it before a show, make a quick reservation and you will be ensured a quick turnaround time. 5 Stars in my book!
