This one isn't.
Sheesh, tough crowd. Firstly, give the guy a break. Secondly, when you had negative experiences there did anyone call them and say something or write an email or letter to give them feedback yourself or are we just complaining here passively? As a local business owner who put themselves at risk by fronting money for a pretty big project, I can understand not pleasing everyone and making mistakes. I find it interesting that so many are carrying metaphorical torches and pitchforks here but I dare you to write them a letter about your experience instead of lamenting to bunch of strangers. Burntwood fills a void. Their atmosphere is great and it's one of the few places to get live music. Divorcees have to eat too. And we need more options here in Chagrin. Glad to hear someone has the guts to go out there and create new things.
What I'm wondering is, who created the advertising marquee under the Walgreens sign about chicken poop? Was that photo shopped or what?
Like 'eyehrtfood', Burntwood seems full of itself. At the Cuyahoga Falls location we had reservations for 5:30PM, arrived at 5:10PM, and at 6:15PM we were still waiting.....and walked out.
Also, David seems to think patrons will grow on trees, and I'm making this comment based on a reservation after the one above, when we were seated at a table, but ignored, even for drinks, for over 15 minutes. In that time, David walked by our table 2 different times but didn't even stop to find out what was going on. We will only be tolerant so long.
I hope the owners aren't awed by the current business because they won't have it for very long if the Cuyahoga Falls management doesn't shape up.
I dont know anything about mental illness, but what I do know is that when you gotta dump out, the front entrance of a walgreens seems viable to me.
I used to work at Walgreens. She is not the first person to poop in the store. I have seen people poop all over the walls, in the aisle, waiting at the pharmacy. A man once was found naked in the bathroom floor masturbating. I'm not sure what the reasons are but Walgreens seem to bring out the worst in people.
I have been going to Put In Bay for over 15 years but 2 years ago was my last visit. The whole scene there is disgusting now a days. Never seen a bigger collection of douchebags and the pool bars while first looked like a good addition have totally ruined the atmosphere. First off the price to stay on the island and drink on the island have gone up exponentionally. That is not even mentioning this problem of drugging girls which is clearly a huge problem also the number of toughguys looking to get drunk and get in a fight. There is not even close to enough police to patrol the island and those that are there are very inexperienced and often looking to make problems for the wrong people. Go to Kelley's Island you still can drink and have a good time without worrying about spending your mortgage and gettingmugged or raped!
@Molly, you're getting in the way of bottom-feeders trying to entertain themselves on how much stupider other people are than themselves! Jeez, you might as well expect June to know the difference between being medicated and unmedicated.
8 people disliked a comment where someone was just "I hope she gets the help she needs."
Welcome to the internet. Nick Bartucci is wrong, most people are a-holes.
June, every mental illness is different and every human experience is different. You can't compare because you're different people. Schizophrenia vs. Bipolar vs. Major depressive disorder vs. Borderline personality .... All vastly different
Well does she have colon cancer or aids? How about a mental illness? What if she does have colon cancer and the guy wouldn't let her take a shit? Can't say you wouldn't do the same... Maybe find some bushes?
Talk about your Cleveland steamer
I worked at the Giant Eagle in Middlerbugh Heights and the same exact thing happened! The woman even had the same story that she had Colon Cancer and then defecated in a manager's office and wiped feces on the floor and on a security guard!
Im mentally ill (truly, diagnosed and on meds) and I dont go around pooping in stores.
Why is poor behavior always justified by 'mental illness'? I think some people are just a55h*les.
This person is clearly mentally ill. Bravo on us for getting a laugh out of her suffering.
There are obviously some mental health issues going on here. I hope she gets the help she needs.
nothing but the best from cleveland!!
This, like everything else Bret touches, will turn to gold!
My question: who had to pick up the poop? I would have made HER do it!!
