Luxe is an amazing restaurant. The environment, food and staff are extremely inviting. Their menu changes often for both food and cocktails. A true staple in the Gordon Square neighborhood.
I don't think they are still in business. Like for the last 10 years or so.
This beautiful green space feels so good. and peaceful, clean , fresh vegetable are a plus.
Mushroom, leaks, and coriander pizza is so good! This is a great place, plus it's just about the only quality place open so late!
I love this restaurant! It's the only Italian restaurant that we go to since the first time we went there in 2014 and we live in Brook Park. Awesome food! Have never been disappointed. Its family owned and ran--The BEST!
The best for late night munchies. Gyros and corn beef done right.

The grocery, deli, and bakery are fine. I mostly go there for lunch, which is pretty good tasting and great for the price. Especially watch for their specialty pizza of the day, which is usually super tasty and still pretty cheap by the slice.
Such a cool space! Its cool that the hallway connecting is an art gallery!

If you haven't been there, you have to go. Cheap water park. Dry games like putt putt and go carts. Oh yeah, and amazing funnel cakes much cheaper than any other place you can get them.
If you HAVE been there before, no you haven't! New owners just spent entire off season ripping out old stuff and adding new stuff. But they aren't done yet. Go visit and give them your suggestions! It might just be the next new change!
Very Disappointing__ Twice was called by Skin Deep Laser Spa to Cancel scheduled appointments and the one time I called to Reschedule an appointment Due to Illness I was advised that I would be charged a "$25.00 No Show Fee," even after explaining I was bedridden, it was stressed my account would be charged. Where is the logic here__ let alone customer relations and/or good will? Or is their time more important than the customer? Should Skin Deep Laser Spa be charged a “$50.00 No Show Fee,” for the two appointments they Canceled? Needless to say this Business is not recommended and/or patronized again…Customer Service is the most important component of any business.
I would give 0 star rating to this place.
The worst experience we ever had at this place. Very bad customer service. The waiter doesn't have manners to talk to the customers. Will never visit again to this place. The owner of this place didn't even acknowledge the problem or apologize for the bad mannerism from his employee.
They don't have clear policy on the tips. We were seven people who went for lunch and there was one to-go order. We all paid separate checks and we saw 18% tip added automatically. We were ok with that. But we questioned why there was automatic tip on the TOGO order. He went back and re-printed the check for everyone but now he changed the tip to 20%. When questioned about it , he became arrogant and said it is just 2% why is it a big deal. Instead of explaining the mistake he started arguing. We asked to talked to the manager/owner of this place. Owner came said the lady who did billing didn't do it right. She didn't even say sorry ...and in front of the owner the waiter said he is not going to serve us in future and said dont bother to come again. It was very rude. The waiter was mocking our friend when he was trying to explain as he is not able to understand and making animated gestures at him. This i felt was very rude. It is worst every experience in any restaurant in my life so far.

Did you ever stop to think that a business has to raise prices sometimes -HUH?
And if a measley 75 cents would send you into a budget busting tirade on a CleveScene post then take your rear end and your "distinguished guests" (who the Hell do you dine out with - Queen Elizabeth???) to evenings out at McDonalds.
And if shorting you pickles on two hamburgers would send you into a blood vessel bustin' rant then don't take the chance on a heart attack and next time pack a jar of pickles in your wife's purse so you don't go into cardiac arrest while dining out.
Only good thing about this restaurant is their dessert. Their service is unbelievably bad and their food tastes like it was taken out of the freezer, into the microwave and onto your plate. If you are going to go getting dessert to go is your best option.
We were steady customers going every Friday for months at a time and occasionally on weekends to the Broadview Hts location. Happy hour prices were great and Bloody Mary's and drinks and food was great, to a point and great happy hour prices. Another visit convinced us that some of the food was not consistent when my wife got cold fried ravioli. On 10-22-14 a day that will live in infamy we invite our best friends and neighbors out on a Wednesday to celebrate the wife's retirement. Waitress quotes us $3.75 for a well drink Bloody Mary. They had ALWAYS been $3.00 for happy hour. Did we make a mistake of coming in on a Wednesday instead of Friday when we were treated fairly and not cheated? The manager came over and got in my face in front of our distinguished guests about how we were wrong for coming here so many times and apparently being given the wrong price for Bloody Marys . Really? You know what? Forget about ever having our business ever again ... unless you hire a manager that has a clue about how to treat repeat customers and keep up with restaurant sanitary conditions. Four hamburgers and only two of us got pickles? Have these guys gone cheap? Seems like it! Apparently some Cleveland businesses don't understand the concept of customer satisfaction. No wonder so many are going out of business. Friday and the weekends we never ever ever see the manager at this location ... and we get great service. Maybe you should fire him and service will continue to be great. Seems like when he showed up we got overcharged for drinks and shorted on pickles and treated like employees while some foul odor emanating from the nearby bathrooms ... good riddance to bad service restaurants ... your burger sizes are even shrinking .... my burger bun has still partly frozen .... your manager is a brat that needs a lesson in customer service and respect ... good riddance Danny Boys ... you lost our business ... el cheapos! What horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Embarrass a steady customer in front of his guests???? Clueless!!!! Shame on you! And the seating by the bar by the door? What was that smell coming from the bathrooms? My neighbors said it smelled like a backed up sewer. We almost threw up. The Cleveland Health Department should shut you down! Why wasn't your brat manager on top of this? Oh yeah ... he was too busy micro-managing that extra 75 cents for the drinks ....
They had me call the restaurant manager and she also insisted that apparently a Bloody Mary is not a cocktail. I told them to look on Wiki ... they insist that the juice is extra. Really? Then they are only serving hard liquor and NOT cocktails for $3.00 at happy hour. We are not going back.
Extremely disappointing! Food wasn't good, way over priced for nothing. And the mixed drinks you can tell were watered down,ordered a shot of tequila and it was all watered down and clear.we will never eat there again.service was also poor.
nice, comfortable, intimate theater/show venue. seats about 80 people. i was treated with professional, respectful company. I had an amazing night and got to see a great show!!!
We went to Fishers tonight for dinner and drinks. The service was great. We were able to get 4 seats out the patio bar right away. The Fat Tire keg was empty but the Manager was in the process of replacing it so the drinks came quickly.
We ordered two appetizers and those came quickly as well.
We ordered several more rounds of drinks (served in minutes) prior to order dinner. By the time we ordered our entree's the patio was only at about 50% capacity. They were running their clam bake specials along with an all you can eat Cod fish fry. Two of us in the party ordered the fish. This was a big mistake! The fish that came out initially was Cod and very good. We both then order more and things quickly went down hill from there. We waited 20 minutes for the next order of fish even though our bartender admitted to pushing the kitchen staff to for the order. When the fish came it was totally different from the first order. These were patties of compressed fish parts that were simply fired mush! We complained to the bartender about the difference and she said she would look into it. When she returned she informed us they had ran out of the cod and replaced it with some other fish. We explained this was unacceptable and would like to talk to a manager. She once again left and when she came back stated there was no manager there that night. This was interesting since the manager that was there replacing the keg when we first arrived was still there when we left. We then asked for some type of discount on our bill because the All You Can Eat Cod was not available. We were told the only they could do was change the order to the standard Fish Fry - but that would be the same price! Again, we asked for a manager but were told again - no one was there. Ok - Friday night at a restaurant and no managers on duty...
This place purposely replaced the better fish with mush. They are a fraud but worse they are cowards as they hide behind the poor workers to deliver their lies. WHO DOES THAT??? Frauds do that, every day!!!
I will never return to this place and I hope no one else does either!
