Ness is not buried there but I believe his ashes were spread near the marker.
I love gyros, plain and simple. There's nothing worse than going to a restaurant, ordering a gyro, and then having them bring one out with that frozen, flat meat on there. Ugh. Thankfully, all these places seem to know how to make them right.
very cool did not know, I don't think Ness body is there ? anyone know
Carl Stokes presided over my first wedding when he was a judge back in 1992. Now that marriage is as dead as he is!! And actually the ex as well as he died back in 2003!
To: all my family & friends in the Cleveland area..
I have had most of these, and none compare to Fergies mentioned above
Gyro Guys on Pearl Road is my favorite!
Zz's big top in Avon. 25 cent tuesday and great wings. All these garbage places can't even come close to beating that. Only one of the list I like is around the corner. Have had skinnys also but overpriced for a hole in the wall bar. Riverwood chargrilled is also amazing.
Are you kidding Scene? You ran this AGAIN and you still have the pictures all screwed up. That's the Old Angle, not the Flat Iron.
How about Fergies on Ridge Road? They are great!
Wow. Euro Gyro in Kent did not make the list??? Best drunk food ever.
Dante's Pizza in West Park.... Hot garlic ranch wings are incredible. If they sold the sauce I'd buy it by the gallon.
Check out dance party music with The Benjaminz at Thistledown Racino Friday, 10/11/13 from 9-1!
These were invented in the house that I grew up in, 10688 Freedom St. Garrettsville, Ohio. Along with the life savers, were the Mary Jane candies. The poet Hart Crane was also born in this house. It is now on the historical registry.
unbelievable. how could you leave wilberts out?
So...Have you heard of this place called Cleats? There is this OTHER place called Quaker Steak...Yes they're chains but funny thing? Cleats is LOCAL and QS is from PA...
And they offer up MUCH better wings at better prices IMHO...
Wings only need a good sauce...NOT CONFIT or any other gastrofag confabulation that dilutes what wings are...
They're just wings kids...You either like 'em or you don't...
Tilted Kilt???? Who got the blow job for THAT endorsement????
The best wings I have ever had in Cleveland were at The Lady Luck Pub and Eatery on Nottingham Road... you missed a real treat Jason!!!!
The Jerk wings at Becky's on e. 18th are one of the best wings I've had anywhere.
What about Redstone???
