The Market can easily be your only source of food shopping, with vendors selling everything from deli cuts to fresh meats, seafood and poultry, fruits and vegetables of all varieties, terrific baked goods, dairy, spices, and specialty ethnic items. If you get hungry, dozens of vendors serve prepared meals ranging from hot dogs to falafel to pierogi. Some vendors accept credit cards and checks, and cash is accepted market-wide.
The Walter C. Best Preserve features a 30-acre lake that attracts ducks, geese, grebes, mergansers, gulls, terns, and herons at various times of the year. More than 100 species of birds have been sighted on Best Preserve's 101 acres.
