Circulations figures, Plain Dealer circulation declined 8.5%, while
the national average daily decline was 4.6%.

From October 2008 through April 2009, Audit Bureau of Circulations
figures, Plain Dealer circulation declined 11.7%, while the national
average daily decline in that period was 7.1%.
