Not sure about saturation when less than 10% of beer is from craft brewers. Price, taste, & distinction wil be factors, but there is a massive amount of market share to be had with the right brew. Further, unlike burgers, beer has shelflife, which sometimes leads to increased value
ODoT = OH DEPT of TRANSPORTATION, right?
How on earth is $450,000,000 being used to build a bridge only accessible to motorized vehicles traveling THROUGH the city? Bicycles and Bi-pedal humans are transportation too; connecting Tremont to downtown in a direct and efficient manner is transportation and economic development and healthy people. Cars make people fat, period. Cars make people sick by emitting unburnt petrol particles. Cars facilitate buying loads of wants&desires, aka cheap petrolplastic crap, from far flung chain stores.
Clevelanders want to facilitate a local economy damn it! A local economy that connects people to goods and services via a human scale mode of transport.
I wonder if ODoT is afraid of the precedent that will be set if people are given space on this bridge?
