Just spent weekend in Chicago water, parks and downtown are alive abound. I am in Hoboken, NJ right by the river and it is alive with joggers and bikes and people just hanging out on the water. I have lived in Cleveland my whole life and this city never plans anything total shotgun approach. We have such a great lakefront now a convention center casino rock hall but nothing is tied together a useless airport that can be turned into condos with shopping and marina. No imagination in this city by those that allegedly lead. Oh did I mention how well Pittsburgh and Lexington, KY are doing just so we compare same size cities.
Cleveland you have everything you need but the leaders! George Kaiser long time Cleveland supporter.
I have no affiliation to any police or state troopers but the next time you guys do need a police office and they pull you out of a car wreck, rescue your kid or whatever remember your comments. One bad apple -----
