if that's the way you feel then I hope you live in Florida and hope you never return. Some people like me love this city and try to make a difference for old and for and young. I never thought I would be a Land Lord but there are a lot of good people who were faced with either section 8 or BS sub par housing from land lords who never cared about modernizing a house. Idiots who pay Home Depot prices When Big D's Lumber on Broadway can often beat prices by 33%...but I guess screw small buisness again. Lets all hale Home Depot Bs they sell

Slavic Village is starting to become a better place. I live here and own about a dozen rentals in the area that I've personally fixed up and I can tell you the good people are taking the neighborhood back and some of the better landlords are investing and fixing up houses. There are weekly bus trips to the Seven Roses Cafe on 63rd and Fleet...the food is old world Eastern Europe buffet style and amazing. R&K meats on Harvard Ave has the best polish kielbasa, smokies and red cabbage horseradish. For the best Pierogies stop in at Janka on the corner of 63rd and Heisley they are deliscious. Tour the Catholic churches especially the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus.

So in your mind Jaywalking, which is a crime, should be ignored because Clevelander's feel the right to do it? It's one thing to jaywalk on Lansing or Fleet Ave and another to jaywalk in Public Square which is a traffic hub. I'm glad their ticketing for it because I have personally seen public buses, school buses and traffic of all kinds stopped in Public Square because one persona ignored a Do Not Cross light. Also love you single out Dan Gilbert's Casino investment like its evil when I haven't seen many other people with money pledge their love for Cleveland, Like the Dolans or Randy Lerner, when Gilbert is risking it to make Cleveland a little better.

Typical Cuyahoga County Corruption... sue the small business owner for 6 times the original cost of the job, call in a favor and get a judgement...this place is a joke.

Grades? Really? No its about speaking properly and being articulate so people can respond, debate and exchange ideas. If you really are a part of OWS then your doing the movement a disservice with your ranting and profanity. There are plenty of Conservative commentators who are not "fat, angry guys who talk about hate"; the same as there are fat Liberals like Michael Moore and skinny Liberals foul mouthed liberals like Bill Maher. If you don't like what the your boss or employer listens to then find a new job or start your own business. Also yes, Triv does make sense from me time to time, same as he doesn't make sense to me from time to time. Lumping people in any type of generalization does nothing to help foster communication or debate.

Kenny, next time take the time to think of a quick and direct to the point response and not post some Stream of consciousness diatribe. It makes it impossible for people to follow what exactly your point is. Your complaining about Republicans and the Wolfe family owning media in Columbus but then also lash out at Dimora, the PD and Triv. Triv started as a very liberal Democrat and over the years has slowly become more conservative, how is that selling out? Its not like one day he just flipped a switch and changed his mind. One party rule creates the ability for corruption, whether it be Democrat or Republicans. Cuyahoga County is suffering from Democratic abuse while Maricopa county in AZ is suffering from Republican abuse.

No justice. Maybe one day people will rise up and take our Police Force back.
