Re: “2016: Obama's America

Democrats will not be offended by this film. It should have been made before the 2008 election. This is a movie with a point of view, but it is not propaganda (like, say, a Michael Moore film). Leaving aside a few minutes overtly political and right leaning, the film is largely a poignant story and search for the connection between a man, his father and ancestors and the possible impact of history. Many interesting facts about Obama's family and connections to colonial history. Photography and editing, music, all very engaging.

Re: “To Cuba, with Love: Local Code Pink Activist Joins Diplomatic Delegation

Code Pink are lunatics and exactly the "useful idiots" that Lenin referred to in commenting on liberal sympathizes with communism. Cuba is a huge , miserable jail and slave plantation.

Re: “Enter Utica: The Fracking Industry Really Loves Ohio; Here's What's on Tap for All of Us

Jobs, low cost energy, independence from Middle East oil , wealth, - these are all factors in favor of fracking. I think the dangers are overstated, compared to the benefits.

Why do left wingers refer to "greedy" energy companies? More greedy than Facebook, or CVS or Verizon? Or the ethanol producers who create starvation? More venal than government unions and unelected bureaucrats?
If they could make a profit selling the bird-killing windmills and solar panels, they would. But, lefties don't like profits, do they?

Re: “Enter Utica: The Fracking Industry Really Loves Ohio; Here's What's on Tap for All of Us

Renewable energy is a toy energy program. It is not real world. If taxpayers weren't soaked by massive subsidies per unit of energy, it would be used for high school science experiments.

Why are 5 counties in New York trying to secede from the state? Because rich liberals in NYC can afford their renewable energy fantasies.

Re: “UPDATE: What is this Awful Sign Doing in the Cleveland Justice Center?

If the sign said "hands up, don't shoot" , liberals would hoot free speech

Re: “High School Freshman Protests School's Removal of Ten Commandments Plaque By Not Doing Homework

I have two perfectly true and unassailable comments on this story, both which seem to have escaped our liberal brained correspondent.

1. The class of '53 should have left a plaque commemorating Sharia law - that would have been left undisturbed as part of the multi-culti program.
2. The student is better off at home with ITunes U courses, if the adults at the school are this stupid.

Re: “Day of Protests Ends with Questions for Police Chief and Mayor

I would like to know how the 12 year old acquired the gun? And, who knew that he had it? Where was the adult supervision? This is a terrible accident.

It is not an accident, it is a blessing of liberty that innocent home and business owners have the 2nd amendment right to defend themselves.

Re: “Opportunity Town: The City's New Director of Equal Opportunity Chats One Month into the Job

Designed, built and imported from Detroit. These programs add a lot of cost and corruption. And, probably hinder the longterm development of the victim populations.
