pic is time & date stamped plus its a quarters only meter what i put a quarter in and stood there for 22min...smh i got proof & its not about the money. To blue collar workers they get these $15 tickets then get discouraged trying to contest it bc of the $50 court cost (the risk of not winning & having to pay more discourages ppl & they know that & thats why i received a ticket)
