This is standard practice in Cleve. Hts. My wife got a ticket with time on the meter as well. Same BS response, pay $50 in court costs to fight a $15 ticket. There should be a sign as you drive into Cleveland hts."Welcome to Cleveland Heights, please pull over and pay a fine."
