I'm sure carry concealed does not permit doing armed drug deals because you have a state permit to carry a gun and can buy illegal drugs legally armed; nor does it give you the right to buy sex from a prostitute legally armed, accompanied by her pimp, who you worry might try an rip you off. The driver had plenty of time to reveal he had a firearm, while the back seat was being searched by one of the officers. This is a perfect example of a man probably out buying sex and putting himself in harm's way, but because he has the legal right to carry a concealed weapon feels he has the right to shoot a man if the deal goes bad or personally against his wishes. This is a case for state legislators, because already reforms are needed. Since more problems of this sort and other similar types are bound to surface in the future.
