The Edgewater building plan looks outdated.
Black bears are not that dangerous. It came to people's yards because it wants food, not to kill them. We act like the bear is a terrorist that must be eliminated. Now the Solon PD are tracking the bear down through the woods. What is the point? We are so disconnected with nature. People have the same reaction to wolves returning the mainland, the natural predators to the deer that we must have sharp shooters kill.
I do not understand how the West Side Market represents a local food movement. A lot of the foods from WSM are imported. If it were local, the variety would be nil. Yet we were chosen over other cities for this? Something is missing in the logic for me.
