Re: “Liquid Gold: BottleHouse Brewery in Cleveland Heights is the City's First Full-Fledged Meadery, but the Brewers Say there's Room for Competition

They've got to get better at brewing. Their beer is not good. Love the space and the crowd, but I have yet to have something tasty from their taps. I suspect extracts in the brewing.

Re: “The Plight of CSU Adjunct Faculty

As a former Adjunct Professor at CSU, I can only agree with this article. The pay is not even enough to cover the prep time and grading time, let alone office hours. Maybe if I hadn't cared about the kids I was teaching it would have been easier. CSU should think about what type of school they'd be with outstanding faculty and a old-outdated student center.

Re: “Nighttown Introduces New Chef, New Menu, New Patio

Brutal truth, the menu was tired. Looking forward to the changes!

Re: “Cleveland NOT a Big Life Sciences Center

Totally true. As a former employee of that industry, I can tell you that there just isn't the critical mass to have a true hub of biotech. Part of the problem is that the institutions (Case and the Clinic) still don't know how to treat entrepreneurs. The companies that are here are small fish in a tiny pond. I will root for the industry every day, but I'm not sure that the industry itself is served by the overhyping of the companies that are here. It comes back to education, capital and brain drain.
