We have a double sided market here. Industry enthusiasts, mixologists, long time drinkers and such appreciate the intricities and complexity of cocktails and spirits. However, large brands market to high volume business which is primarily made up of gen x and y looking to get trashed and not develop a palate, nevertheless a passion. The emergence of " BOTTLE SERVICE" only causes these brands to bring gimmicky crap to the market. It's craft versus business, and there needs to be a balance. Making the educational side of this fun and available may be the key.
