First off, this will not be a clever comment. Rather, I suppose, it's more a search for a good pun. Considering this hotel will be directly across the street from the county jail and will be run by Hilton, there must be some joke to be made about it being the Hanoi Hilton in Cleveland, right?
Doug, I hope you go back soon after opening to provide a review ontop of this preview. I have no idea if you tried any of the dishes you mentioned, and if you did try them, I have no idea whether you thought them any good.
