I hope he gets himself some help. He clearly has a problem and it was too much of a liability for a business. He is now a repeat offender and more likely to keep going and have further trouble.
Personally, I don't find him funny and from a show standpoint, I'm glad to see him go. But as a person going through some difficult stuff, I wish him all the best.
