Re: “The Ugliest Cleveland Cop Shooting You Don't Know About Is Going to Trial Thanks to Recent Court Decision

Sadly, the Consent Decree "monitoring" has turned out to be a rubber stamp by the DOJ and the Monitor allowing the city to assure there will be no Constitutional Policing.
The city never agreed to the DOJ's findings, and will continue to do everything they can to thwart the Consent Decree's intentions.
"But what happened to Dan Ficker was outrageous and an example why the CPD is under federal monitoring. His family has waited five years for justice, and hopefully it will come soon.”

Re: “Cleveland Police Union President Continues Saying City is Setting Cops Up to Fail During the RNC

1.3 million people show up one afternoon and there's no problems.
Loomis conflates his under-informed and one-sided conjecture with facts.
His inexplicable and outsized presence on the Consent Decree's Cleveland Community Police Commission has contaminated every aspect of the implementation since the beginning.

Re: “Loren Naji Redux? More Ohio City Businesses Targeted for Code Violations

It's all fun and games until a place burns up and there's 50 dead people inside.
Keep on 'em, Henry and other concerned citizens!
They always blame the messenger. Don't sweat it.

Re: “"Redneck Mom in the Hood" Running for Cleveland Heights City Council

The letter is retaliation for Love's supporters writing letters critical of this:
"Thank you. Alright, first part of the question. I do believe that tax structure can be a disincentive for "certain people" to move into our community. I'm not entirely sure that I need those people in our community, but there are certain people who would pick a community that doesn't require them to contribute to their community and doesn't ask for them to make a decision to contribute more if it's deemed necessary.
So there, I think there are some people, I'm not entirely sure that those people are people that we want here, um, in a certain respect." - Kahlil Seren

Re: “Overbuilt Retail Has Left Dead Malls Strewn Across Northeast Ohio. Will Severance Town Center Be Next?

People belong in prison for perpetrating such blatant fraudulent acts.
