Re: “Pastina Marries Farm-to-Table Cuisine with Italian-American Standbys

Sometimes fresh pasta is not the answer. The South of Italy uses mostly dried pasta and certain sauces don't pair with fresh pasta. Fresh pastas are better with butter, cream and delicate sauces, whereas dried pasta goes with tomato sauce, olive oil and such.

Re: “For 25 Years, Molinari's Has Been a Staple of Fine Wine and Fine Dining

Have eaten there many times. Fantastic wine list. Good friendly service. Old school...and that's a compliment.

Re: “TV Personality Geraldo Rivera Pulled Over in Chagrin Falls

Was in a car 2 weeks ago that got pulled over on Chagrin Blvd. for the very same offense. We were at an event in Moreland Hills working. Didn't seem like any reason for a prohibited no right turn on red, but more likely of course, to fill the city coffers with fines from unsuspecting motorists. The officer let our driver go with a warning. Ridiculous provincial cops with nothing to do but haul in money for the city

Re: “Riding the Third Wave with the Bean-Sniffing, Java Obsessed Folks Behind Cleveland's Coffee Renaissance

Great that Cleveland is "waking up" in regard to the coffee movement but I also think that a lot of this is just hype. Coffee is coffee, people. Frankly, a lot of this over-priced hipster coffee is really not that good.
