As a retired chef and restaurateur, this is highly unprofessional. I have zero use for Symon and will never step foot in one of his establishments as a result of his lack of professionalism. I suggest the boy look in the mirror. Talk about creepy! Me thinks the boy's head has gotten way too big for his chef whites!
