      <![CDATA[Unless I am going feeble minded, I seem to recall Trashcan Man Frankie poo Jackson stating in his initial election that he would get rid of all cameras. Next thing I know (and all residents of Cleveland) is MORE cameras are installed PLUS the Garbage Men can now fine you if you dont Obey The Trashcan Man and recycle as he see's fit.<br>
 How about $500.00 a day fines for looking like Grady from Sanford and Son ?<br>
Make that retroactive and Jackson can cure all the Cities woes.
