Throw your New Year's resolutions to the wind and join award-winning chef Dean James Max and several of the Marriott's best chefs for a five-course tasting menu at AMP 150. Expect items like foie gras, celery root soup, duck sugo, roast beef tenderloin and goat cheese panna cotta to grace your plates, all expertly paired with complementing wines, hand selected by each preparing chef. The cost is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and reservations are required. The fun begins at 6 p.m. with a complimentary signature cocktail and finishes when all plates are clean. (McConnell)
