Art & the March for Science CLE: Melding Science, Art & Activism
When: Tue., Feb. 28 2017
On Saturday, April 22, people of all races, nationalities, political parties, gender identities, socioeconomic backgrounds, religions and abilities will come together to march in support of science in Washington and around the world. Cleveland’s march will also celebrate the city and Northeast Ohio region, with a special emphasis on art. Organizers ask, “What do science and art have to offer each other? What can art express in the march that might be lost without it?” Marty Krebs, artist, director of the Fab Lab at Tri-C and co-chair of the Cleveland March for Science, will answer these questions and more during Art & the March for Science CLE: Melding Science, Art & Activism, a special event at the Happy Dog at the Euclid Tavern from 7 to 9 tonight. Admission is free. (Usmani)
