La Casa Bella Party Center marks a new era tonight, when it hosts its first-ever concert with Motown-cover fave Shout in the house. Since 1995, the elegantly appointed center has built a rep for catering private affairs, from wedding receptions to bar mitzvahs. But its owners want to keep pace with their rivals by starting monthly shows with bands, apps, and a cash bar. For the debut, they've hired DJ Freddie James to spin between a couple of sets by the 12-piece Shout, who'll do covers of Earth, Wind & Fire, Kool & the Gang, and Four Tops tunes. "They come out in their Temptations outfits with all the glitter, and they do a Motown set," says Kim Leonhardt, the center's spokeswoman. "They play all over and have a pretty good following." The party runs from 7:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. today at La Casa Bella Party Center, 26383 Broadway Avenue in Oakwood Village. Tickets are $7. Call 440-954-4107.
