Best 60-Second Cooking Show

Loretta Paganini's "Tips From the Kitchen"

It's actually produced by WKYC-TV/ Channel 3's ad department, but our salivary glands don't care that all the recipes feature Miceli products. Paganini, who has run a cooking school in Chesterland for more than 20 years, recalls the days when TV chefs didn't think they were rock stars. She's down to delicious business, whether roasting pizzas on the grill or whipping up tiramisu. "You don't need a lot of time to give people tips on how to make their lives easier," she says. Something tells us she straightens out love lives, too. The ads appear seasonally, so keep a fork out for Halloween, Italian style.
