Best Barbecued Spaghetti

Cowboy Food & Drink

If you're like most of our posse, you'll think we're crazy when we start raving about barbecued spaghetti. But the folks at this Texas-style roadhouse like to serve their barbecue with a side of whimsy, and this odd-sounding combo of spaghetti, meltingly tender smoked brisket, shredded jack cheese, and dark, savory barbecue sauce is about as fanciful as anything we've ever seen. Silliness aside, though, the interplay of tangy, smoky beef and supple noodles smothered with cheese is an all-around champ. Just think of it as Cleveland's version of Cincinnati's Five-Way Chili.
