Winds of Change is like a grown-up's version of a Barbie-doll dream house. Inside the renovated, century-old coach house, the walls are painted a teenage-girl pink, and hangers upon hangers of fabulous, frilly dresses and skirts from all around the world are displayed in the store's three showrooms. Owner Angela Huang, a former model, travels to trunk shows in Spain, Korea, and California to find her wares. And she's got an expert eye, able to decipher exactly what pencil skirt or baby-doll dress best flatters your figure. In her store you'll find both a gorgeous, form-fitting, lace cocktail mini-dress by Ingwa Melero for $359 and a long, swingy, faux-fur-lined winter jacket for $98 -- and loads of other clothes as whimsical and free-flowing as the store's owner.
