Best Coach

Paul Silas

Still undefeated at the helm of the Cavaliers, Silas continues to do everything right. And by everything, we mean showing up to coach just in time for LeBron James to fall our way in the draft. Okay, that was the easy part. The hard part is teaching Darius Miles to make a jump shot, Ricky Davis to pass, and Chris Mihm to please knock off that Frankenstein impression. But what makes us optimistic about Silas is his track record for improving players. He already treats LeBron not as the superstar the world considers him, but as the work-in-progress that he really is. Bonus points for having the whitest teeth, the most gravelly voice, and the best-tailored suits among coaches.
