Sure, it's corporate coffee. But sometimes it takes corporate backing to get the recipe right, and Panera (with its delicious pastries, soups, and sandwiches, all served in a soothing, earth-toned atmosphere) has done just that. Apologies to those who prefer their coffee with tie-dyes and incense, but we'll take Panera's hazelnut brew and a Peanut Butter Banana Cream bagel just about any day.
