Best Place to Catch a Flick for Under $2

Cinemark Willoughby Hills Movies 10

With movie ticket prices rising above $8 and a tub of popcorn rivaling the cost of prime rib at Morton's, a family of four damn near has to take a second mortgage out on the house to catch a new movie. But not at Willoughby Hills, Cleveland's best second-run cinema, where you can see Harry Potter for less than you paid to watch The Goonies in '85. All shows before 6 p.m. are $1, all shows after are $1.50. And on Tuesdays, all movies are just 50 cents (pretty much what a viewing of Garfield is worth).
