Best Place to Warm Up on a Cold Night

The Souper Market

The best way to counteract the cold is to find another warm body. But if you don't have a partner to keep you warm during those long Cleveland-winter nights, the next best thing is a cup of soup. And the best soup can be found at this small storefront, where the chef fires up such delicious, fresh fare as lobster bisque and blue-cheese soup. The soup is so good, in fact, that you might forget your own frigidness -- for a few moments, anyway.
