In the past year, the Ohio City restaurant formerly known as Parker's has gotten a major attitude adjustment, moving from formal to casually hip. Changes include the new name, an interior update -- complete with moody lighting and sultry background music -- and a new menu focused on homey bistro fare. What hasn't changed, though, is chef-owner Parker Bosley's commitment to seasonal, locally grown foods and the consummate skill with which he combines them into intense little homages to time and place. Sure, change is good. You just have to know where to draw the line.
