On most sledding hills, toboggans are the slowpokes, better known for large group giggles than for wind-in-the-face speed. But if you're going tobogganing at Mill Stream Run Reservation, get ready to hold onto your knit cap. The Chalet at Mill Run has a pair of concrete chutes that are as steep as a roller coaster. Riders walk a tall flight of stairs, set their toboggans in the track, then launch themselves down a five-story slope. It feels like you're doing a free fall on the Demon Drop at Cedar Point, but it costs a lot less, the lines are shorter, and you can do it in a down parka.
