Apparently diners enjoy a bit of flair with their fish, as the main claim to fame of this Strongsville mainstay is the hibachi. If flashing knives, erupting onion volcanoes, flying shrimp and solar flares aren't your sort of thing, find respite at the sushi bar, where the only flying fish comes in the form of flying fish roe on the plump, creative rolls. "Tempura crumbs" in the Dragon Roll add textural interest to the spicy tuna while the shrimp topper adds heft. The classic Spider Roll bursts with briny, crunchy sweetness thanks to deep-fried soft shell crab, which is paired with creamy avocado and spicy wasabi. There might be more authentic Asian restaurants in town, but there are none that are this much fun. Bring a large group and enjoy the show, the setting and the sushi.
