Whether you wanna see a big band or a small band, or just chill in a kissing booth with a few of your closest friends, Peabody's has you covered. National headliners play Peabody's proper, an 800-capacity room where Gwar spits blood and Jay-Z spits rhymes. Down the hall is the more intimate Pirate's Cove, a cozy two-level club where rising local rockers play. Upstairs is Rock Star, a red-lit lounge complete with a dancing pole and a makeout room, where bands like Slipknot and Velvet Revolver hang out when they're in town. Even if there aren't any rock stars on the night you stop by, at least you'll feel like one.
