Best Use of Pita

Aladdin's Eatery

Sitting down to a stack of unadorned pita bread is a lot like gnawing your way through a pile of index cards. But fill that baby up with hummus, say, or baba ghannouj, or top it with cheddar cheese and vegetarian chili, and the bread formerly known as Plain starts to seem as healthful and life-enhancing as an early-morning jog. Counting the salad pockets, the rolled pitas, and the "pitza" pitas, Aladdin's offers more than three dozen improvements on the theme of pita. Of course, that's exactly why we come to Aladdin's in the first place -- satisfying food, free of additives, preservatives, or chemicals, served up reliably fast and fresh, at prices we can afford (even on the day before payday)!
