Best View of Cleveland

Balcony of the James A. Garfield Monument

Once you've toured the elaborate Victorian Gothic interior of one of the largest U.S. presidential tombs, take an aesthetic breather on the upstairs porch. The city sprawls out before you, and faraway downtown Cleveland seems so close, you can practically sip from the lake. This is a panorama worthy of champagne toasts and marriage proposals, so don't waste it on someone you're not crazy about.
