Best West to East Import

Melt Bar & Grilled

Rumor has it the evil geniuses behind Lakewood's Melt Bar & Grilled were unsatisfied with the already ridiculous number of slavish devotees they'd racked up with their one-of-a-kind deliciousness. Hungry for more, their empire of indigestion crossed the river to wreak havoc on a new crop of Clevelanders. The plan obviously has worked: Lines of slobbering East Siders jam the restaurant's new Cleveland Heights home every night of the week. We can't say we blame Melt for spreading its crack-like brand of grilled-cheese confection, but we also applaud another East Side upgrade: Melt's new spot has one-upped the Lakewood home base by offering a more spacious bar.
