Buddy Guy and Jonny Lang

Just a few weeks ago, legendary blues guitarist Buddy Guy released “Live at Legends,” a collection of soulful, screaming tunes from his performances at his now-closed Legends blues club in Chicago. The guy is 76 years old, but he shreds like no other. His show tonight at the absolutely gorgeous Akron Civic is sure to be an awe-inspiring trip into the depths of the blues. Known for his masterful showmanship and his decades of mind-melting guitar work, Buddy is a legend many times over. Jonny Lang, immensely talented in his own right, will open the show. Take in his patently blues-laden voice, grab yourself a beverage and enjoy the show. (Eric Sandy)
